WAIVER: In consideration of permission granted by me by the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska to participate in the Diet Pepsi/UNO Women’s Walk, I hereby release and discharge the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, its agents, employees, and officers, from all claims, demands, actions, judgments, and executions which the undersigned ever had, or now has, or may have, or which the undersigned heirs, executors, administrators or assigns may have or claim to have against the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, its successors or assigns, for all personal injuries, known or unknown, and injuries to property, real or personal, caused by participation in the Diet Pepsi/UNO Women’s Walk.

I hereby permit the Diet Pepsi/UNO Women’s Walk the free use of my name and picture in any promotional publicity of this event. I the undersigned, have read this release and understand all its terms. I execute it voluntarily and with the whole knowledge of its significance.
